Always in My Heart is a book for children who have lost siblings or close loved ones. It is a book for the whole family to use as a conversation piece to begin the healing process.
Always In My Heart is a narrative story told from a child's point of view, of a little girl who never met her stillborn twin Brother on earth but she still has an unexplainable connection to him.
Children are often effected by death and have no way to express their feelings. This book explains to them that it is not uncommon to feel sad or angry when a loved one dies. It gives healthy examples of how to deal with those feelings and also reassures them that they can always have that person in their heart and their memory will live on through them. The purpose of Always In My Heart is to assist children and parents with the tough task of dealing with grief in their own time.

Meet the Author
Jayda A. Brown
Jayda Brown, a 5th grade Honor roll student at Handley School, has always made it a personal mission to help and encourage others. Jayda enjoys, writing, singing, and designing clothes. Her dream is to one day become a fashion designer. She has composed a book, sharing her journey through the grief process with the expectation that it will guide other children who are traveling on the very same journey. She is passionate about life and is looking forward to living out her dreams. “I am living because God has a plan for my life and I believe that I am walking towards my purpose”.
